KAPOW! Maltfabrikken is looking for a colorful and creative event maker… YOU?

Maltfabrikken is a vibrant cultural centre that resonates both within and outside Denmark. Sounds interesting? Read on:

We´re looking for a colleague who will help create more than 100 exciting events in varying sizes per year. We’re thinking exhibitions, markets, festivals, shared dining, brewpub talks, morning yoga, beer tasting and treasure hunts……to name just a few 🙂 There´ll be plenty of room for your awesome creativity, and you’ll be part of a small, but nevertheless totally cool, dedicated, creative and competent team. We often work individually, but we’ve always got each other’s back.

Are you someone who can challenge formats and think creatively, culturally and commercially in the same process? Do you love to involve everyone? 

Do you have so much sass that you can turn almost anything into an event, creating strong content that stimulates curiosity and appeals to all the senses? In short: Are you the one that just makes our guests want to come back again and again? Why? Because Maltfabrikken is community-creating, hospitable and fabulously vibrant!

What gives you a kick? You love hosting all types of social events; you love the rush of the launch pad, where you’re out and about and in motion. You don’t mind desk work, but most of all you’re a people person. 

Your educational background is not the most important quality for us. What really matters is that you have tons of drive, that you thrive in being part of a team and that you see potential rather than a challenge.

Working hours depend a lot on which type of events are being created… so obviously not always a typical 9-5 job. But hey…creating something extraordinary such as a playful workshop, a summer market or simply a celebration of the good life is not a typical job.  So… hope you’re fine with some evenings and weekends.
